The 2008 Fall Gathering of the
Tribes
will be PRE-REGISTRATION only!
The
cut-off for Registration will be Monday, October 6, 2008 ... the weekend BEFORE the
Gathering. If you would like to know our reasons for these

here}You can Pre-Register in a variety of ways. *You can download a Registration Form [Click Here} Sign and snail mail it to us with a check or money order, made payable to : Out of the Dark, Inc. 7651 Whispering Pines Trail Windsor, VA 23487 *You can call our office between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm seven days a week, and register with a credit card. We will fill out your paperwork for you, over the phone, and you may sign it when you arrive and pick up your badge. *You can come to our office and register in person anytime during normal business hours until the 5 pm October 6, 2008 cutoff date. *You can register in person at Mystic Moon anytime during their normal business hours until the October 6, 2008 cutoff date. *Please note that if you wait until the last minute, you may not be able to get through to register by phone. We're sorry, but we will NOT extend the registration deadline, even if you "tried to call" If you have not Pre-Registered by Monday October 6, 2008, either at Blackwater, or Mystic Moon, you will not be able to attend the Gathering (unless you are Active Duty Military) EVERYONE, regardless of what registration method they use, must show their ID to pick up their Badge at the Front Gate! There are NO exceptions to this rule ...No ID, No admitance ..end of story. |
