For once, I wish I was suckingbuckingsystem. I would love to respond in his manner. While I don't know anything about computers or ips, what I do know is that it is not me. If you are claiming that it is coming from my computer, I also don't believe so either. There are not but 4 individuals who have access to my computer. Gary, my ex, is more illiterate than I on them. Dean has wycheboy on aol. I have an recently released inmate that stays here and doubt very seriously that they would do anything like this. As I said, I am having someone look into this and when they get back with me, will post their results. You Betsy, have already made your feelings about me clear on the Witch Wars list. I don't trust you or your findings. What I can tell you, is on this list you will not feed this asshole, or start any problems until I get the results from back from my investigation.

Well, you can open more than one browser, most third graders know
that.

Then I must be extremely ignorant, which I have admitted to computer ignorance already on this list and anyone who knows me knows that I have only been using the internet since 1997 or actually 98 is when I actually started
because I lived in the bush of Alaska with no electricity. So no, I didn't know I just simply needed to open another browser to do this.

Does your ex live with you? IP addresses are usually related
directly to the PC and are individual to the ISP as far as the
member, i.e. AOL, the last three digits are the ones that change
between members, service areas, etc. If "sucking" is out west and
you are in the east your explanation is not plausible.

My ex visits me on the weekends. He does not live with me during the week, except sometimes he does spend Monday and Friday with me.

How did you know sucking was male?

When he first began sending me emails, I felt they were very much like an interrogation and felt I needed to know more about him, so I checked his profile. I do this often with people I don't know and think that they may be starting issues or problems. I go about this in several ways, other than checking their profiles. I also contact other leaders to see if they have heard of this person, but was unable to do this with sucking because he never would give a name, which I attempted to get from him several times to no avail.

Is it possible you asked your ex to do this to "pave" the way for you
on the WW group?

No it is not. He is a biker and his religion is based upon his lifestyle. He would not have behaved in the manner sucking did to me or to your group. The only thing he uses a computer for is to look up harley parts, biker events, and used harleys.

I urge you for the good of this group you seem to take such pride in
to gather the strength to admit you were caught. Carrying on this
subterfuge is not healthy for anyone.

If I did this, I would have no problem admitting to it. Did it ever dawn on you, that maybe sucking didn't get the witch war he wanted, which he stated on your group that it was what he wanted and he took bits and pieces of my
responses to his latest questions and put them into an email and simply typed my name to it? I do know that Dean has not used my computer for over 2 weeks, so it is definately not him. I have asked the newly released inmate and he claims it is not him. I know it is not me. I am computer illiterate, but the only thing I can think of is that maybe someone who has a grudge against me knows a hell of alot more about computers than I do and has some how done this because I am feeling like Sandra Bullock in the movie The Net at this very moment.

On the note of ip numbers. I run 4 computer network to a lynksys system all are on dialup connection through one computer and all have matching ip numbers when we send emails or post that bring up our ip number. Im not getting into the rest of this matter cause I dont know. And it is simply none of my business. But you can have two computer using the same ip number at the same time. Im doing it right now.

Now Darla claims she has "three computers that are connected together" She also implies that she might have been hacked or spoofed ... which might even be remotely possible, except SuckingBucking posted FIRST, and then Darla responded.
You have to know what IP someone is using to spoof it :-0

Then Darla moves on to the legal threats portion of her statement, and refers everyone to her attorney.

I spoke with my internet server today. I asked alot of questions and they answered them all. There is 2 things that could have occurred:

1) Someone within my home could have been using one of the 3 computers that are connected together. If this is the case, I will find out.

2) That someone hacked into me. The way it was explained to me is that if someone went to the measures to do this, they would not have left a trail. I asked how I could prove this and they said that it would be damn near impossible to do. I would like to point out that I have made people angry with me, so maybe one is a hacker and they have done an excellent job at their work, if this indeed is their work, which I guess I will never find out.

I signed up on the Witch War list today to begin my research for a possible law suit for defamation of character, slander and malicious intent to cause harm to my character. I have recorded over 100 emails that is defaming my
character. I plan to send this email to their list and to ours, so that no one has any misunderstandings what so ever about this topic as of today,

If my name, WARD's name continues to be defamed, slandered or any other mailicious behavior continues I will file a law suit against each and every person that has participated within this slander, mailicious intent to harm
me and WARD and defamation of character. I will also be notifying yahoo abouse regarding Witch Wars egroup, it's intent and it's actions and the individuals that participated within the aspects regarding slander and defamation of character.

While my desire is not to bring a law suit up against another pagan group or person, I will do what I must to stop this behavior. I do not know how this occurred, but have found out through other resources that I am not the only person that this has happened to within a recent time period, so I do not know if this is becoming a trend of sort, but what I do know is that I am not going to continue to participate in this in any fashion other than in a court room. So for those of you, who desire to make assumptions about facts that may not be able to be presented due to the hackers ability, or who insist on stating that I am someone who I am not, and within a day, I had been accused of being 2 other individuals on WW I sincerely hope that you feel you have adequate information that can be used within a court of law because you will need it.

Darla has asked me to post this announcement to the WARDList for her.

The Board of Directors has completed its investigation into the Darla/suckingbuckingsystem issue.

As many of you know I work extensively with the North and South Carolina Departments of Correction.

For just under a month I have had a nineteen-year-old former inmate living with me. I have Evidently this young man read my e-mail and was disturbed by a message sent to me by a member of the WitchWars and WARD lists. He then created an identity on AOL and yahoo for himself and began posting as suckingbuckingsystem. The PC he was using is one that I do not use often. I had questioned him about the sucking identity and he denied being suckingbuckingsystem. I wanted to trust him so I did not push further or check the PC at that time.

I have been very troubled by this incident and a ward member said some things yesterday that made me think. I decided that in the interest of conducting a complete investigation I needed to check the other PC for evidence of the sucking identity; and found it in the form of a deleted AOL ID. I confronted him and he admitted to everything and said he was trying to help me.

I take complete and total responsibility for the entire mess and apologize for all of the trouble that was caused.
